Touring The Met
18x14 oil on linenSo here is the same corner of the Met - painted a bit more true to life. The paintings are by Toulouse-Lautrec. A portrait and a nude before the mirror. I think I posted this on my Facebook page when it was in progress "on my easel". I really like the depth that the second figure adds to the scene. This will be available in Vermont next month.

A very lovely painting, Robin. Yes, the 2nd character does make it more interesting and add the depth.
really nice Robin.
It's interesting to see what a difference color makes. Both paintings are lovely, but I think this one is my favorite of the two. Very nice!
