Everyday People I

8x10 oil on carton board
$150 + s/h

Sometimes I just don't feel like painting the background etc. when just the gesture or face says enough. So I am painting some "portraits" of everyday people. This man was sitting at a bus stop.

you seem to know (whether with your left or your right-side brain) what you are doing.

Robin....this portrait is phenomenal. I am sitting in carline waiting to pick up our daughter viewing this on my blackberry...and I can't wait to get home to view in real size. Wow!!!

Fantastic work! One of the best portraits I've seen in a long time. You captured his expression which was partially hidden by his hood. Your brush strokes show energy and confidence. I am looking forward to seeing more of your everyday people.

I have not heard of carton board. Where does one find it? I certainly like it on your painting.
