Coffee Break
6x6 oil on panel

I actually broke out some small panels last week in the hopes of getting a few paintings to send to the "6 inch Squared" exhibition and sale at the Randy Higbee Gallery. The one above is shipping today and the opening reception is December 8th.

These are wonderful! I like the pose of the man, it shows his character so well!

Love your figurative work and especially the man on the subway. Your colors in your fleshtones are really good and I love the way you either create light or paint existing light. My figurative photos never have good lighting to paint by.

Wow this is an excellent design and composition. You've kept the form in proper perspective, yet at the same time managed to capture so much energy and more: What's she thinking? Where's she going to that she's taking such strides?

I'm a fellow painter from outside of Elma, NY. Just stumbled upon you following some blog links. YOu've an excellent talent! I hope 2013 brings you much in the way of success!

This painting is fantastic!
