Something from the Bar
12x12 oil on panelAvailable next week at Russell Collection.Bouncing back to the darker colors and playing with interior lighting. Bars are fun because of all the spotlights, reflections, and varying neon lights creating ambiance. This is the back bar of the Cypress Creek Cafe where we had a fun dinner during our workshop in Wimberley.

what a great angle. The impression is wonderful done with the small strokes of the brush
I can see the Kim English influence and I really like it. Looks like you too full advantage of that workshop. That boot camp was perfect for your quick figurative imagery.
This has such a rhythm! I love the liveliness of the brush strokes!
