Cafe Patterns

7x5 oil on clayboard
$100 + $11 s/h - sold
This little scene is sort of a nod to Pam Ingalls - one of my favorite contemporary painters. This was all about the checkerboard pattern on the floor and the blue light from the window on the warmer tones inside. What fun it was to paint.

Beautiful piece. I love the looseness of the edges.

I do plan to paint another like this - and larger. Stay tuned!
