6x4 - $100 Sold
I have to confess to being in a bit of a slump. I have started numerous things, wiped off and started over and messed with my materials and tried new things as a "solution". I truly hate weeks like this, they can make an artistic type lose all hope. I know it will pass, but what does a 'daily blogger' do? I am going to admit it and beg for mercy! This painting, btw, was done this past spring at the beach in Rockport. And I am proud of it. Showing it off will boost my spirits! There is always tomorrow...

Wonderful work. I am also an artist and love figurative work. I know what you mean about slumps, we all have them. But, no need to apologize, because you will come out of it and we get to be blessed with the outcome.
